意粉,本菇一包,紅黄甜椒各一個,松露sause (citysuper 有售 約1/3 瓶)
煮法
1. 煲熱水,放意粉煮約+分鈡(下少許鹽,olive oil),盛起
2. 下油,蒜蓉爆獲,炒香甜椒及本菇 (落少許鼓油.糖,黑胡椒調味),盛起
3. 把已熟意粉和松露醬拌勻,下黑胡椒及糖炒片刻,最後把(2)放上面即成..
好味! 不過松露醬頗貴,但不能吝嗇,落得太少会唔夠香的
